Oooooo! I just got a look at my profile page and it's got great big blue dragons on it! Thank you all, ladies, they're so cute! *happysigh* They remind me of the days I lived for those dragon stories, you know the ones! My mom and I loved those books--it was so much fun discussing them with her, trading the books back and forth. Those were the best days, when I still had her to share good stuff with. So, yeah, I love dragons. And ya'll! :)

I loved those Pern books too (as I maybe wrongly assume that those are the dragon stories you mean)! I must've gobbled 'em all up several times in junior and senior high. Ah, those good ol' days last century when my only friends were books, and everyone where I lived was still too poor to afford computers, and the interwebs were still some confusing and slightly frightening thing right out of science fiction.

Yeah, on second though, not so good. Very boring and alienating, in fact, but thank Jebus for those Pern (and Barsoom) books! I lived on those things back in the day! :)
