I think the CW's publicity department's motto is "Look at all the fcuks I give!"
Right? They thumb their noses at us! Or would, if they weren't up their asses.
Arrow I was kind of meh about except for that bit when he snapped that guy's neck like *what*. If I was Arrow I'd be all, stop holding up the line searching for a penny in the bottom of your damn suitcase masquerading as a purse--*SNAP*. I said no cream, no sugar damn it--*SNAP*. This is one of the many reasons why I'm not a superhero. That, and the fact I can't walk across the room without wheezing….
Even Lex would be like, "I thought I was about that life. It took me years to murder someone and I'm the villain of the story!" I like this incarnation of Oliver. It's a departure from SV and the comics but I love the mythology the show is trying to build.
Right? I don't mind a hero being anti-heroish. As long as they make it look good—I'm shallow like that. :)
So if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. And acquire a new boyfriend while you're doing it. He's so Erica Kane.
LOL!!!
Well, Dean's in denial, I'm thinking. He acts like he learned something fundamental about himself in Purgatory but I think it's not as simple as he's trying to lead Sam to believe. I could be wrong though—he really was cold blooded as FutureDean. Though giving in to his inner killer has really made him kinda huggy.
