It reminded me of that nightmare/hallucination Dean had several seasons ago, where a black-eyed version of himself said, "This is what you're going to become!"
LOL probably not! Someone will point that episode out to them and they'll say, "Oh, yeah, that's what we meant! Like, uh, one of them literary things, right? The hollaback?"
