I think that was the 'farewell to the world' season...Sam was in the car in a motel parking lot while Dean was about to hit that thang...crap, now I'm gonna have to look it up! :D
Ach, no, no, we love Tom too! It would be a mutual sucking of joy and support. Sort of a supportive, friendly kind of sucking. *writes that RPS in her head* :D :D
Can you imagine? 11 seasons!! I remember sweating all the way to the fifth season, fingers crossed each year and hoping hard!
I so glad we're getting another season, but I can't help but wish for more Winchesters and less secondary characters. It's the Winchesters I watch for.
omg, yes, yes, YES to that! I'd really be happy if they stepped back from all the extra story lines and stay with our boys. They *are* the reason I watch. Other characters can be entertaining, but not when they detract from the boys!
I figure we've gotten secondary characters more this season because Jared and Jensen want more time off, but if that's so, why agree to another season? Yeah, it's a continued paycheck, but I want THEM and not other actors. (Unpopular opinion here, but I feel it's time to move on from angels and demons. Six seasons are enough. I've never been a huge Misha/Cas fan.)
I love Misha, but I'm pretty much convinced they've milked all they can from the angel storyline. I'd love to see them come back around to the original premise, sort of a slow circle back.
Amen! We're over the hump here, with the number of seasons. Another one or two after this, then I can see the guys saying enough. Jared did say he wanted to be done by the time his boys start school, and Tom turns three this year.
We can go back to where it all began, just the brothers and baby crossing the country, helping people. Just as long as they don't get killed off permanently. I want the series to end with the possibility of a movie or two. I want to know that the Winchesters are still out there, y'know?
Oh you have no idea how much I *don't* want a Butch and Sundance ending! I'm very much behind the idea that the story ends with them both in the car just--driving away, tailights, the end. :)
So excited! I'm glad they announced it so early so we don't have to bite our fingernails in worry like usual. I loved Sera Gamble's tweet about it too.
Now let's try to convince Pedowitz and the CW that they're cheaper by the DOZEN!! As long as every loyal viewer remembers to switch to WEDNESDAY night in mid-March!!
Was thinking Wednesday will be a bit of Heaven since TNT now shows 3 hours of Grimm each Wednesday and has been doing a SUPERNATURAL Marathon each Wednesday from 10am ET until 8pm since Grimm started!!!!
Totally agree with wanting just our boys back.... Realize they have families now but just another year or two and they could pick and choose their projects if the pay is decent. Just hope all this new DC comic stuff doesn't mean a tighter budget for SPN again.
I'm so happy that SpN is back on Wednesday! Friday was good--the cherry on my weekend sundae--but Wed is like a high point and then a cool slide into the weekend with rewatching the ep over the weekend...Ahhhhhhh!
I did not know they were doing marathons on Wednesday!! I'll check that out!
According to the Wednesday TV listing on Comcast TNT will show SPN from 10 am until 8 pm then Grimm from 8pm - Midnight then back to SPN from Midnight until 2 am.... Doing episodes from Season 6 today and then Season 7 starts at midnight and runs M-T from 10am-1pm and then the marathon again next Wed....then Th-Fri 10am-1pm
Excellent! I'm off this Wednesday (and i'm watching spn right now) and I'm off next Wednesday too! I should probably find the time to shovel in some housework somewhere... :D
