I believed so much that Sam was terrified--and it was beautifully sold. They ruined that moment. Lucifer can be funny--he is, in a snarky, bastardy kind of way while never letting you forget that he's evil through and through and most importantly, The Prince of Lies. But this, what this was, it was...even if we remind ourselves that what we're seeing with our puny human senses probably looks and sounds completely different to beings who are the size of the Chrysler Building and whose real voices boils our brains. Unfortunately, in this instance, I could not suspend enough belief to make that work for me the way it was supposed to.
