A thing that struck me about that movie, and I've never seen anybody comment on - What did they think would happen, when they sent German-speaking U.N. (or whatever) police to bring in the 2 most PTSD-affected WW2 veterans left on Earth? How did they think that was going to work?

I saw a lot more sparkyness btwn Cap & Bucky than btwn Cap & Tony.
