Because Mariposa has decided to have the shortest honeymoon with me of any story I've ever written, and suddenly Dis Pater has decided to resurect itself, here's some of Live No Life.

I was supposed to be writing Mariposa, and I got Whit and Clark in a truck together and that was as far as it went. And some of you are going, "AWWW!" and some of you are going,"EWWWWW! Thank god!!"
Problem was, as I was trying to shoehorn some characters from canon into the show, it occured to me that no matter how tiny the town, there is always a place where teens go to be...all dark amd heavy eyelinered and black clothed. Wouldn't that be a fun place to take Clark and his makeup? Just a thought.

I'm getting your stories confused, as you will see from my comment over there--but surely there must be a club where Chad the Goth (Chloe's informant from the morgue) hangs out?

I'm sorry to hear about stalled Mariposa, thrilled to hear about Dis Pater and I love Live No Life.

The compressed fatherhood Lex is going through is amusing. He barely gets used to one stage and he hits another. No wonder his head is whirling! The last session with Clark is revealing. Clark really hit him where it hurts with his relatively calm method of telling Lex he knows what he did.

Love it!

It's only a tiny town when it fit the story, they shown us that the town had a population of 40 000 people. So plenty of people to have what you want for your story. :-)

Btw, your manip is progressing nicely!

I really am loving Live not Life, its some of your strongest writing, but take your time on all your stories, your audience isn't going anywhere:)

Poor Lex... he really doesn't know how to handle Clark, does he?

I'm sad to hear Mariposa stalled out, I love that story (love all your stories!), but I'm enjoying Live No Life just as much! :D

Thank you millions, dear! We'll see what happens--you know these stories take on their own life!

Thank you so much! It's becoming an odd place in my head, with these different Clarks. *G*

Oh, that's very true...and your icon is making me want to do more with the make-up bit.

I'm so glad you're enjoying LNL! I'm batting some stuff at Mariposa, and hopefully it'll start moving again. *cross fingers, toes, whatnot*

I feel like you're wining and dining us with these wonderful fics.
*flashes you some shoulder*

I love Live No Life and Mariposa has captured something inside my heart that only you've managed to reach! Fantastic news of the Dis Pater front too!
Just keep it coming...*hugs*

It's always so wonderful to check your livejournal and find another story update! I'm really enjoying "Live No Life" -- Lex desperately trying to cope with a young Clark is great, especially when Clark is causing all these seismic changes in the poor man. So will Clark forgive Lex when he brings the housekeeper's son back? And, more importantly, will Clark ever again be 'old enough' for what Lex truly wants from him? *waits as patiently as possible*
