AAAAAACK!

GAAAAARRR!!! Curse you, you Clark/Bruce shippers you! Sneaking under my defenses and filling me with bad thoughts!!! Making me talk like a pirate! *makes sign of cross and spits over shoulder*

Say, I was just watching the Grammys....what? So I'm no good at segues. And I'm horrified at how much alike me and Aretha look. (except for my natty silver locks) Damn. At least I have better sense than to come out in public wearing my bedsheets. Poor brave little string trying to hold up all that fabric. *sniff, wipes eyes* Ah, Stringy, we hardly knew ye. And that was the entirety of my Grammy experience.

Tina Turner was amazing. The woman must be somewhere around 70 years old, and she out-performed Beyonce. She was stunning. And my God, I should be the last person to judge anyone because of their weight, but I really couldn't believe how huge Aretha has gotten.

I think I'm too old for the Grammys. though I did enjoy country singer Vince Gill's comment when he won. "I just got a Grammy from a Beatle; can you say that, Kanye?" (His award was presented by Ringo Starr.)

Heeee!

Yeah, I saw Tina and she was aamazing--and Aretha can't seem to forget that brief moment in the 60s where she was slim. *shakes head*

For as long as I remember watching Aretha, she was never particularly thin, but she's really grown huge as of late, hasn't she?

Any Winehouse is performing now. I must be hideously old fashioned, because I find all of those tattoos on her disgusting.

You know, after Rhapsody in Blue I was done.
Amy Winehouse is scary.

I just don't get how looking like that is supposed to be attractive, it's just hideous. Amy's voice is certainly interesting, but the look is, well you said it, scary. I suppose that's the appeal to some people, but it escapes me.
