This is just awesome! Alex and Clark are wonderful together, and it's great that Clark can use his superpowers freely, with Alex appreciating and enjoying them. Walt and Chloe make a terrific couple, and I'm so relieved and happy that Pete is back, safe and sound. I love Anna mothering our guys when they show up at her cafe, and Mr. Louis being unexpectedly good to everyone. (He wouldn't have some kind of crush on Alex, would he?) Though I couldn't help being nervous when Clark mentioned Reggie to Alex; are they ever going to work out what the man was to both of them? *shivers* Lionel owning the Luxor seems very right, and it's certainly a better way for Alex to work for his father than to give up his music and join the family business. Or, at least, I think it would be better. Hmmmm.... *wibbles* The train sex was super-hot and super-sweet. *bounces happily* The two things that absolutely wrung my heart were Bruce's indirect pleas for forgiveness -- I can't wait to see Alex read his letter -- and Alex's disparagement of his own musical talent. *whimper* At least Clark is there to try to make his Lex see the things he isn't seeing now. *crosses fingers and hopes hard* Glorious chapter!
