It's so right and sweet (and, yes, a wee bit painful) to imagine Sam hanging on to that brown leather Winchester coat. It is that same coat, right? *happysigh* Sentimentalists, the lot of them. . .
All the in-jokes just make this 'verse so much more real -- the cotton candy, for instance -- and the way you write them in the car is very, hrm, visceral. :) There's my big word for the day! Hee!
