Sad

Omg, how sad! Robert Culp died. He was a handsome man, back in the day, with a hip kind of coolness.

Gosh...it made me remember I-SPY and how I used to ship Kelly(Culp) and Scotty(Bill Cosby) in my infant mind. Meaning it was a nebulous kind of feeling that they wouldn't be happy apart and they were best friends, the way I was best friends with my friend Trigger, who was the coolest girl ever in the whole wide world and not a girly icky girl, but a real tough chick who liked cowboys and horses and stuff and I wanted to hang out with her all day long. And Scotty probably hated it just as much as I did when Kelly went out with some bimbette just like I hated it when that asshole guy who lived down the street would come and hang out with me and my friend and then she'd make me go home because he was there and just because they were older than me and...goodness! This wasn't supposed to be about me. *koff*

AWW man I loved Robert Culp. I think the first time I saw him was in Columbo. And I kept looking out for him in things after that. I didnt discover I-Spy until one of the channels in the UK started re running it in the 80's.

Awww, that's a lousy scenario.

I never saw him in I Spy, but I loved The Greatest American Hero and he was marvelous in that.

It is sad indeed that he died, especially since it was from a silly accident.

I own all the I-Spy shows, and they just had such an amazing chemistry. It's sad to see that kind of spirit leave the world. *hugs*

There are few things I enjoy more than learning someone else's slashy history. :D

Great story, and a fine tribute to Robert Culp, whom I remember best, too, from I Spy.
