Yeah, i think they did, too, to an extent but....the thing is, in my mind, Dean's *happy* being Sam's brother, you know? Being part of a team, hunting, being family. He *likes* that. Maybe it's just his 'comfort zone', whatever, but.... I think he realizes he can't do 'normal', not really. Not and be 100 percent happy.
