I hadn't thought of it as rape. The way I planned it, Lex is very domineeering in the story, Clark is playing the role of a submissive for him. In the end, Clark looses his temper and flips the script on Lex, takes control. But Lex isn't frightened, he's surprised. However, it's Lex, so he bitches about it even while enjoying it. It's not a matter of ripping power away from Lex, or attacking him, it's Clark trying to get Lex to admit that he cares for Clark.

I learned my lesson about warnings a while ago, so I try to be as careful and informative as I can. I still mess up from time to time, so I certainly don't mind having misteps pointed out to me!
