advice please!
I know, I know--I'm always asking--but it really does help me figure out what to do! It helped me decide to post my BigBang in my sockmuppet LJ and I'm very, very pleased with how that worked--so much so that I think I'll stick with it in the future.
So, here's the thing--when they imported all those SSA stories into AO3 (good thing all around as far as I'm concerned) I had quite a few stories imported also. The thing is, some of those stories are ugly as sin, and they're also not accessible to folks without accounts plus I'd kind of not like to trumpet the little monstrosities all over even though I think they should remain in all their ugly glory. The question I have is this, would it be weird or goofy or unnecessary to repost those stories? I don't plan to do any major editing for writing--that was me then. Plus, I haven't really changed all that much, mostly just a rein on the its/it's and stuff like that. I'm as much the ellipses queen now as I was then. I just want to make them less ugly. :)

Also, your layout is so bright and optimistic! It's kind of giving me sunburn flashbacks, frankly. XD

Long-time fans may want a new way to read your stuff, and newer fans may not have seen it anywhere yet!
I do adore the way stories were imported without the authors having to do anything--awesomesauce, in my book! I just need to make time to really poke around the archive to learn how it works.

I'm so glad they brought the stories over for us like they did. It got me off my lazy duff and got me to start actually using my AO3 account. I love it! I've been trying to be diligent and post things over there, too now. It's so much easier for me to read stories on AO3 with how clean everything looks.
I did some minor tweaks to things and changed the posting dates so people could find them, too. :)
*hugs you hard*
