omgosh, my friends!

For heaven's sake! In all the excitement, I forgot to wish my dear, dear friend, askellington, a happy birthday. Amazingly, we share the same birth day! I KNOW! what a coincidence, no? Yes!

I've known askellington all my life and they are a charming gentle being, ready with a friendly hello and a hey-nonny when required. They can be a strict task...person when needed, though. Just the other day, while lunching with the Pope, A (i call them A) scolded him (but gently) for not fully supporting complete equality for all beings. And then bought the Pope ice-cream because--tears, old men, not pretty. Occasionally A has to telephone a certain semi-barely known actress and beg them not to walk the carpet in whatever ensemble they'd chosen, sometimes successfully, sometimes painfully not--but I digress!! I wanted to share just what a kind, decent, unback-stabby being askellington is, but I think we all know, don;t we?

Happy Birthday, A darling, I hope it was delightful!



Askellington, fift-mummble, mummble years old and still, skin like a baby's bottom!
