This weather is terrible! I haven't had a cold like this in a while. I'm so used to being waylaid by IBS, I hardly knew what was going on, lol! So, this thing has settled in my chest which is both good and bad. Ick. I'm ambulatory now, and that's the most important thing. ;)

They never tell you the truth about hot flashes--they don't tell you about all the mental crap that goes with it too! I ran down this list of things that I was feeling to my gyno and she nodded to each one. "Yes, all that is normal."

WTF? I say. Like everything else wasn't hard enough. I have to deal with this too?

For sure! There was a space of a couple of weeks where, if I got into the car to go someplace I'd driven to hundreds of times, I'd realize I didn't know the way. Wound up driving around BWI airport because I'd taken the wrong road to my favorite restaurant. (And I've become forgetful. If I've told you that story before, just pat me on the head and nod kindly. *g*)
