Hi!

I went to see Guardians of the Galaxy and enjoyed it very much. I loved the raccoon, great little character! I liked Chris Pratt as well. There was just something about him that tickled me! Zoe Saldana was in the movie too.
*dips teabag* Aaaaaaaaanyhoo, it was a lot of fun, made me snort-laugh a couple of times, and featured some really fabulous music. I heartily recommend it!

I saw it a couple of weeks ago and loved it! We laughed a lot :) My niece sent me a link to an article about a baby Groot someone made--so cute!

Dearie me, it's gotten awfully cool in here. It must be the extreme SHADE! LOL

Karen Gillan as the blue baddie had more presence than Zoe, but don't get me talking.

That stick in the raccoon's hand had more presence--but, y'know, none of my business....

*griiiiiiin*

I've seen the cutest gifs of Baby Groot dancing in his pot!

Baby Groot was adorable!! The movie was well worth seeing!

Loved that film. So silly and charming! Couldn't believe how much I liked Rocky, but not surprised I'd fall for a tree.

*nods* I fully expected to be very annoyed by the raccoon, but he was just too cool.

Yes Rocket was a huge surprise. I watched an interview where Chris Pratt talked about Rocket and how under the sarcasm was a very vulnerable, lonely creature and it's so true. I'm so glad he had Groot in his life. I loved their 'conversations' Who knew 'I am Groot' could have so many meetings :)

Right? Man, that little mean ass raccoon stole my heart!

[livejournal.com profile] oriionrezil went to see it a couple weeks ago and is frustrated that I haven't yet because he wants to talk to me about it but can't with spoilers. lol I want to see it so bad, just haven't had time lately.

Oh girl, you are going to love it--and tell me if you don't fall for that raccoon! I mean, Groot's a given, he's a giant, weird sweetie! *zips lips*

They are finally advertising that movie here in Japan. It'll probably be a few more weeks till we can actually see it in theaters :P Sounds like lots of fun!

Oh, it is! I didn't expect it to be as much fun as it was, but there were parts I laughed, as they say, out loud! And *whispers* I might have sniveled a bit in spots--shhhhhhh!

I will probably dl, since people seem to be enjoying it. The Monstrous Bebe liked it a lot, so - yay! :)

It's definitely a fun movie with a great soundtrack and lots of silly bits!

Rocket!!! So funny. :D
And the music was kick-ass. And I loved how literal Drax was ("why would I want to move my fingers over his neck?" or whatever)!

[identity profile] roxymissrose.livejournal.com 2014-08-25 12:30 am (UTC)(link)
Right? I find stuff like that to be too funny! :D

I've seen it twice--once regular and once in IMAX. Dann is in love with it, but I like Avengers better. But, Rocket was fantastic, and the music was great, and it was overall just a fun movie. Definitely a good addition to the MCU.

"I wouldn't go over my head--my reflexes are too fast; I would catch it." or whatever he says.

Oh yeah, it's pretty lightweight compared to the Avengers but it really had the flavor of comics I read back in the old days! :)
