OT here, I wasn't sure if I should jump in or not earlier, having read about the troubles you were having, but I wanted to say I understand your frustration and I hope that it hasn't totally ruined what is mostly a happy place for us. I hope you're able to resolve the issue and that that site wakes up and realizes just what it's allowing.
