Big Bang!

I can't wait until we can go public because I'm DYING to talk about this fic!! I'm all twisted up with it and the story is running kind of rampant and needs a leash and a lot of edits but I'm so fond of it. I'm trying to give it some old school flavor, y'know? Fun! Anyhoo, I'm all on pins and needles just waiting. *happysigh*



Okay now I've got that "if I'm happy that means something's wrong" thing going on, oy. [livejournal.com profile] firesign10 has already told me to let that crap go, but man, it's hard! ;)

It's going good! I'm having fun writing it and I'm just going to keep writing until I'm tired, lol! It's getting bigger and my artist gave me a great idea for a bit in it, so now I'm going to try and be more descriptive in terms of the firefighting stuff...and I got the best artist! I'm so excited and she seems to be too! Yay, Big Bang!! 😊

So, that didn't happen. Life, she is a fickle mistress, or some shit like that. My kid suddenly up and found an apartment and we're moving her. Again. This time, all sentimentality is gone--I'm redoing her room and turning it into a craft/writing room. So there! *flounces*

Yeah, they only get one big leaving home move out with tears and bags of groceries.

It's hilarious, in a really cruel way, the first time they come home and their room is gone.
