So--how's everybody? Guess what, wanna hear something bizarre!???!! Of course you do.

So. I'm working on this story idea I had, which is pretty much like tap dancing on broken glass, but that's not the part I wanted to tell you,it's this-- I wrote this little teeny Scene Of Porn (sop) and...I. Turned. My. Self. On.

I know it!!! Can you believe it! I was shocked! (and a little sweaty) *shakes head*. My SOP's never warm me personally which is why I'm always asking, "so how was the porn? Was the porn okay?" And the SOP's not even that hot really and also--ew, incest. Those of you with siblings know what I'm talking about, ew--ew. Don't ask, it was supposed to be just hinted at...

Anyway this isn't just a cheap ploy to get you curious about what I'm writing ('course if it worked good! *cheesygrin*) The way things are going it's never going to see the light of day but wow, I just had to share that with you.

Yeah, my SOPs never turn me on either. If one ever does I'll probably be all shocked. Might be cause you write it out and you have to pick the words and string the sentences and it takes all the heat out of the hot bits!

Really? Like, seriously, really? Never?

I find that... really strange. Probably because my porn scenes *always* turn me on -- which is also why I have trouble writing them quickly: I tend to get distracted. Oddly enough, I still end up asking "Was it hot? Was it porny enough?" because I see the scene in my head, and the *idea* turns me on, and writing it down turns me on, but I'm never quite sure if I managed to make it *good*.

Really! Well, not never ever but so very rarely that when it does turn me on I'm surprised, sometimes so much that it kind of derails the whole thing. I get kind of technical sometimes, but I find those are the scenes that work better.
I don't think anyone ever thinks they wrote a SOP that's hot--that's why it's so great when folks let you know it was. Nothing like the feeling of a job well done! :)

So I was just surfing around, seen your name on a few different LJ's, and came across this. THIS. And so now? Of course I have to friend you in the simple hope of reading this wonderful scene that's got you so worked up. Wondering if it's that Spangel fic I passed over up above...hmm...may have to read that now.

And I never got turned on by my own scenes until I started writing TW/MR RPS. I only wrote two fics of that, but for some reason I got very wrapped up in the sex scenes between them. Maybe because those two are just so hot, but...it was nice. May need to write more...hehe.

And one more comment here. In that MR icon above, Michael's face looks so much like Jeff Buckley's! Just struck me hard, had to mention it.
