I'm back home again! YaY! Targe-hell released me! Until tomorrow anyway.
So, tell me my preciouseseses...how many of you do shop at Target? It seems quite a few of you mention the Store That Eats My Soul Daily. Actually, it's not to bad a place to work, as long as you follow their unreasonable demands rules.

so. I'm off to see what fun things you've been up to today--and I hope to have a little reading material for you tonight!

I'm Target's bitch, I have to admit. But I've been good, I haven't set foot in it for over a month, that's something. It's one of those places where I go in for one thing and the next thing I know, "Hey, do I really need 3 pairs of pajamas, 4 Barbie dolls and novelty panties?"

When I lived by one, Target was my preferred place to shop, but now there is no Target by me. :-( Yet. :-)

Actually, I'm a Wal-Mart gal. I used to do Target when I lived near one, now it's Wal-mart. I actually like Target, though. So much cleaner.

I refuse to shop at Walmart for political reasons: Walmark was one of Bush/Cheney's biggest supporters, they have reprehsible labor policies, I think they're right-wing scum.

So, if I have to shop at a big box, I go to Tar-jah.

I love Target, actually. Better toy selection than Toys-R-Us for the nephews and niece, DVDs, decent basic clothes like pants and sweaters... I spend far too much time and money there. It's fun to watch your shopping cart go up and down the little escalator thingie, too.

Hee! Yep. I'm in Southern California. The Target closest to me is in a building that used to be a big department store and has 2 floors, so they put escalators in the center of the store, and they have these... thingies I don't have a better name for going up either side that you put your cart into and it travels up or down alongside the escalator.

I shop at Tarhell, on occasion. I was the part-time PBX operator at two different stores; once in college and once about 10 years ago!
