Subject line of spam: Go understand of liver guesthouse. Wow, yes, that's got my curiosity. and here's the weird thing, I just built a guesthouse out of liver! What a coincidence!

Sounds like a guesthouse for Baba Yaga (imagine a big ol' liver guesthouse with... chicken feet!)
You could do a whole Alexei plotline featuring the local Baba Yaga and her liver guesthouse.
