I read 'The Killing Joke' today...fuuuuck.Wish I could draw like that.I'm like a non-self esteem will-o-the-wisp.Every time I read a great fic *eyeballs various folks you know who you are* I drown in "I suckitude' I'm ok, I wish I were great. Yes. I confess. I want to be GREAT! But, I'm good, so I guess that counts for a bit.If I'd kept working at my art, I'd *be* great, but naw, I had to fritter away years being a mom...kidding.Not about the mom part,I did a damn good job there. *pats self on sloping shoulders*

Best part about this obsession? Finding out the world has so many bright, creative and funny people in it!

I posted it at cox_and_co. 4 people commented and liked it there. i was so surprised! i felt like an imposter, like it was just a trick and I'm not a real writer ~ yeah, i know that's bullshit! I may not be posting much 'til I get something else written. i got a weird idea that came out of nowhere in the bathtub yesterday. i always get my best ideas in the tub. I also got an idea for another H/W drawing. You must have seen that painting of a man with a violin and a woman sitting at a piano who have been playing a duet, but in the pic the man is grabbing the woman around the waist with one arm and kissing her and he's still got the violin in the other hand? i think it was used for a perfume ad. I don't think Watson played piano, but he could be sitting reading, or something.
