n/a—I never stop loving anyone altogether, I just keep adding on pairs. I think…maybe Spike and Xander (BtVS) come close to losing their sheen for me. I find it harder and harder to picture them together, unless certain people are writing them.

2. Mulder/Scully (X-Files) I love them as friends, but that’s it

Ditto on the Clana. I never really liked it, but once had the hope that because it ended in canon it would someday END on the show. Now it is pretty much all that is wrong with the SVverse. Meteor radiation, pollution, dead fishies, cancer, carbunkles on the butt? All caused by uncontrolled Clana.

My only hope is that the final ep, before he packs his bag to head off for his job at the Daily Planet, he visits her in whatever place she's managed to land on her no doubt elegantly pedicured feet and tells her, "What the fuck have I been thinking these last few years? You are a crazeeazz *BITCH* and by the way, Lex gave much much better blow jobs."

I love you putting Lana/Clark down twice under 3 Pairs I Hate. *snicker* And I agree totally about Mulder/Scully, too; I like them as friends and working partners, but I hate them as lovers. (Mulder/Krycek, on the other hand, can be hothothot!)

you're right, come to think of it. there's an icy self-containment about her. her face in repose has that little moue of mild disapproval. once in a while, when she gets ruffled, there's more emotion there, but she seems so bloodless much of the time.

Oh, Tim/Frank! I loved the pairing sooo much! They were the very reason why I dived into the slash fandoms in English in first place.
There used to be a few H:LotS fanfiction archive sites out there, but they had all gone. *sad*
There were very few Tim/Frank slash even then which I saved on my HDD as much as possible.

I've been stolen from! That's so cool! ANd you know, almost everyone who did this meme picked Clark and Lex as their number one pair? Maybe Smallville will have a little bit of a resurgence. (and almost everyone put Lana on their hated list. Proof that there is a God, I think.)
