Well, after reading this, naturally I felt the need to go hunt down the trailer. And...you are TOTALLY RIGHT! Hee! Not that there was any doubt. :-D
That looks really good. I'm a fan of RBD, Jr., but I wasn't sure how he would be in this role...but, it looks really awesome. I'm looking forward to it.

...and of course, I messed up his initials in my excited typing. *sigh* Good grief.

LOL!!It's okay, I knew who you meant! I was all 'what'? at first, but something tells me he's going to be a great Tony Stark. Plus, there's something about Robert that's just plain sexy. I need to find some good pics! GQ or Details had some good ones this year....*wanders off looking for pics*

AW! So that's where he is when he's not torturing and lusting after Clark?! It makes sense that he would be on Lifetime. LOL

Right? Heeeee! You know, you and I are the only Wade writers--go us! Let's start a comm--"Creepy Fucked Up Boys And The Girls (And Guys) Who Love Them" LOL!

[identity profile] supercaptain182.livejournal.com 2007-09-13 02:01 am (UTC)(link)
I would totally join that comm!

WOW!!! Like me you truly have a love for comics/Hero's. My brother and I have been looking forward to Iron Man for years. Unfortunately... I'm not expecting much. So far when it comes to the true heart and dynamic of a 'Super Hero' A lot of these movies miss the mark. I have a room full of comic books. The love interest's that plauge these films completely confuse me. They take up two and a half hours in a three hour film. These characters a far deeper then what they give us or allow new potential readers to see.
Lisa (Still in love with The Silver Surfer after the movie :( !!!!)

OMG! Yes!!
I'm thinking they throw in the love interests for girls? Because gosh, everyone knows girls don't read comics....

Back in the day, when I needed comics like breathing, I'd fight to the death over some point or another in a book. I ate, slept, breathed comics...then I had a baby and I had to give them up. *sigh*
I've never really got back to them, I just buy the occasional trade, and now it's DC instead of Marvel but I still love my heroes, Silver Surfer, Vision, Killraven, Conan....yeah, I'm reeeeeeeeally old, lol!

Conan...????? OMG YOU LIE!!!!! I thought I was the 'only' girl in the world that brought those novels. My Conan comics saw me through some tough times during my early teens.

YES!! Conan--the books, the b&w magazine, the comics--Bayy Windsor-Smith, god I loved him...*hugs* You with the good taste, lol!
