I've stopped getting any e-mails at all! At least I can keep track with the inbox on the site. What the heck is this stupidity?

I don't know, but it's really pissing me off. I posted a Support request and essentially got told I must not have the right options checked, which is absurd -- especially considering I'd already said in my request that I did have everything properly selected and hadn't changed the settings since I've had LJs. I replied back pointing that out and (without naming names) that I'm not the only person not getting LJ e-mails. I have a feeling I'm just going to get a "well, we can't do anything else, check with your e-mail provider again" response.

It's horrible--I don't understand why they don't address this, it's obviously been a problem for a long time, and you are surely not the first person to complain about it. I checked my settings and checked my e-mail settings and there's no mistake on my part. As time goes on, it's getting more and more inconvenient, and plain upsetting!
