Look at this. Doesn't it scream for stories? Doesn't it make you want to write me lots of stories about Clark in the Air Force, or the RAF, or...on leave somewhere and maybe he meets a handsome red head or...oy!I could babble on forever!

I don't know who did this unfortunately, I think I got it from www.worth1000.com, and I've never posted it because I don't know who the artist is, but today, I just really needed to see some pretty, and how could I not share it with you?

I don't know but I wish there were! I've exhausted the archives to an embarrassing degree, read just about every historical fic written and loved most of Kat's AU's. There isn't enough!

I think I may have just read too much Rosamunde Pilcher because as soon as I saw the graphic the whole WWII scenario just popped very easily into my head. Sigh..Possible I should lay off the slash..

lol, yes that was me. I thought I was going to die before she finished that series! And when you do post there, you almost always link to quite a few stories so maybe that's what I'm remembering.

danceswithgary is one of my favorite writers, I've actually gone through every 'first time' fic on the ssa and she has quite a few in that category. I'm pretty sure I'm watching sv_renaissance but I'll have to add theme_clex, thanks!

Oh, the AA with Lex as the Loot was FAB!!!

Ha! Read it!! It almost made me stop writing.

I once wrote a very complicated AU with a friend, where Tom was an American Pilot POW in Nazi Germany, captured by this guy:

Unfortunately, Tommy died when his protector was away from the camp. Flash-forward to modern times, this guy:

inherits an old house from his grandma, and guess whose ghost is in it? It turns out that "Marcus" is the reincarnation of the Nazy, and he and his Tommy-ghost live happily ever after! :D

I know! It breaks my heart so much, because she really was one of my very favorite writers in the whole world! I'm waiting for her to start writing in a fandom I read. I thought I read that she's written SpN, but I haven't had a chance to look yet. I'm sorry to say that there is nothing about SGA that makes me want to read it, not even the megasuperstar writers it attracts. I think I've really only read Justabi's SGA and a piece or two here and there.

oh girl...oh my goodness. I *want* that story. I think you might have stopped my brain...how can it happen? How do they meet? How soon would Jack know he's an alien...or Clark only knows that he's weird and different, but Jack recognizes that Clark is a Kryptonian.

Oh, over at Worth1000, there are all kinds of wonderful manips, all sorts! Lex has been the center of a few, and one other I saw was the Kiss makeup Thomas. The search function on the site doesn't seem to be working, so you can't search by specific names or subject matter, it's kind of hit or miss.

I *adore* this pic though--I'm really tempted to try something--once I get the other bazillion WIPs done. :)
