So, in Life's bid to force me into being a social animal, I went to visit the niece today, and we participated in a sort of open studio art walk thingy that was interesting. It made me really want to get back into art--I'm so horribly rusty anymore, the pencil is like an alien thing. *sigh* I'm going to look around and see if I can find some intermediate drawing classes, because if I have to draw cylinders and boxes, someone is going to die. It's been years and years since I've seriously drawn, but I think it wouldn't take me long to get back in the groove, as we old people say. I just need someone to hang over my shoulder and push me to be better. To demonstrate my commitment, I post with a bit of artwork by me! Super Peen! He's an oldy but a goody. ;)
