Hi! I'm trying to work my way through this CW rps thing that I blame on you guys--it's all your faults! I'm an innocent here.

Hope it works. I'm not all that good at the RPSing, even though it is fun. It's just, there's so little to hang it on, and for some reason, I reeeeelly hate watching interviews, they make me squirm. I did like that one a few years back with the whole SV cast. It was funny, informative and scripted to the most part. More like unreal life, the way I like it.

So, those of you who've written RPS seriously, how do you research for it? How do you decide what your characters are like? I'm deeply into reading the J2, in case you haven't noticed my ~~near incessant~~ mentioning of it, and some of them are quiet lovely, and some of them are Norman and Alfonso, but for the purposes of the story, the writer called them Jensen and Jared. Also...stop fucking Thomas up. I swear to God, don't make me come over there.

Anyhoo--being here doesn't mean I've fixed my SpN story so much as given up on it. What comes is what comes. I'm not going to sweat it. Not like I'm being tested on it, after all.

LOL From what I can make out, most of the RPS in SPN fandom is basically just writing fic with original characters, buy just putting the Jensen and Jared names in there for your audience. Honestly I don't get that into the fic when it's just a story of Jensen and Jared on set getting together or something like that, it's when it's totally AU that I enjoy it more, so really half the time I don't get why the names Jensen and Jared are being used. Especially when it's evil Jared the drug dealer, or Jensen the abused porn star and has no relevance whatsoever to the CW actor.

I still love that type of RPS though *looks shifty*, but I do find myself reading it more as original character type stuff, rather than it being an actual J2 ship.

It is! It is--there's no way some of those characterizations make any sense! I guess I overthink stuff. I mean, SV you knew who those guys were. You never had Mike stuffing Tom into an iron maiden and not letting him out until he called Mike Daddy and begged his permission to suck him off in a public place. I mean--really!

I love the sex scenes they give to Sam *g*

I hate to say it, Jensen girl that I am--but Sam is worlds hotter in sex scenes than Dean!

I know! Dean comes across as all horny and dirty when you first see the character, but his sex scenes are then all soft focus and girly. Titanic rip-off for gods sake!

Sam just comes across like he'd be a total animal in bed, plus he's got an amazing body *faints*
