Surprisingly? one that comes to mind, that i liked enough to read more than once, I think was by Estephia and was called 'Talking About Sex' or something like that, and it's Spander plus Anya (ducks and covers) I know! i know! but it was actually good! Anya was like a real person, not a cartoon character. In the story Xander and Anya are a couple, and doing pretty well, and for Anya's birthday Xander decides to give her a threesome, and decides to ask Spike. It wasn't a cheesy porny type of thing ~ even though at the end there's really nice hot three way sex that seems to be the way it would happen with three people who all actually care about each other. Before that happens it's spander. There's a lot of angst and some jealousy along the way there. What's nice is that it's about Spike, who's been very alone and lonely, finally being part of a family again. The last scene has Spike and Xander in the waiting room at the hospital where Anya's having a baby, and Spike is telling Xander that he didn't know what would have happened to him if they hadn't welcomed him into their family. It's kind of a different story, because the threesome relationship is really plausible, and not just for the sake of the sex. Different to what i usually read these days! :)
