I don't even want to talk about the con going on in North Jersey right now.

I need some one to come hold my hand and help me rewrite my SV BB. I will feed you, promise. Bubble baths can be had and I'll line the tub with scented candles. You have to be careful though, unlike tubs on the TV the ledge around mine is barely a palm's width wide and I have tiny hands....

I'm feeling so horrible! I spent the day in the sun yesterday and today I feel like I was dragged through the desert. My skin feels like it's just a smidge too tight, and a bit like someone sanded me in my sleep. not painful just slightly uncomfortable. Just enough to make me whine endlessly. It was not fun. We spent the day at some BBQ fest at the shore. Mr. R is a BBQ nutcase aficionado. It was hot as hell, and the bright bright BRIGHT sun reflected off every surface that could reflect. I looked like a frosted tomato at the end of the day.

My stars...I could just kill a man.

SpNBB recs a-coming soon. You should be looking at the art posts--there are some outrageously good art pieces coming out of this bang! See, something that makes me smile! Well, sort of, my face crinkles unpleasantly when I try to.... :(

sorry about your too-tight skin! that sounds so unpleasant. i can't imagine risking sunburn for bbq, but mr. roxy's mileage obviously varies. was the bbq good, at least?

Ach, Supernatural con with Jared who was supposed to be at the con I attended two years ago and cancelled so I'm feeling just a little bitter he could shlep his ass to north jersey but south jersey he gave the brush-off--grrrr!!!

As for teh BBQ, I was too hot and cranky to even try it, so you can imagine what stellar company I was. I'm actually kind of grateful that they didn't kill me and leave me on the side of the road somewhere. :)

Yeah they are just down the road a ways. I'd have to drive but where I live driving is like walking even to get milk. I've been to the hilton there a few times. It's pretty nice.

Hiya, hon! Sorry you got toasted. :( As a ginger, I can relate. Also, today sucked ass for me too (over 250 people in my section today between the hours of 11 and 3), so maybe it's a conspiracy? o.O

Good news: I have my one and only day off this week. . . tomorrow! Yayz. So I'll read and "review" that piece you sent me a fortnight ago.

I feel pretty ashamed of myself. I haven't even looked at a single Bang yet this year -- in any fandom. :/ I iz bad (and busy, surprisingly).

Oooo, first con ever? Or first SpN con? I enjoyed the one and only SpN con I attended--it was Misha's first and he was confused as hell but more that willing to play, lol!

Oh, right??? the BB stories are so much fun but it feels like there are a million BBs of all kinds and I know I missed some good stories! It will give me something to do when the BB season is over, though. :)

Noxema? Wouldn't that burn? My game plan is to just lie on the couch and whine until the Fam brings me stuff to shut me up, like ice-cream and cookies and Reese's pieces...of course, I run the risk that they'd just roll me up in a blanket and toss me into the back yard...NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! They'd never do that! :) maybe.

If I was in a position to re-write SV for anyone, I'd take you up on this - I have no tub currently and it is sad making. :( I am sure it is better than you think it is!
