what the hell is wrong with dick? The word--I mean, seriously, what's wrong with it?
The lovely mskatej had a most amusing and informative poll in her lj today, and again it was stated 'dick' is an awful word.

Why? Dick is so..expressive! You can use it so many ways!

I like dick. *pauses for snickers, knowing full well she meant it both ways*

Tell me please, why you don't.

Oh, *big time* accepted. Which sort of makes it *less* powerful, less transgressive and more... *conventional* in a sense.

I think yes. It's so...everywhere. To me dick still has a outlaw kind of feel to it.
