Yesterday at work I was caught between two co-workers who were trying to tell me--at the same time, mind you--how awful the other one was. Being a Solomon like person of great wisdom and understanding, I did the only thing one could do in a situation like that. I pointed past their heads and yelled, "HEY LOOK! SHINY!" and ran.

Hunh. Who knew that would actually work in real life?

I need to stop reading hysterically funny things like this in the computer lab, because people always look at me funny when I giggle real hard. But, screw all those people. I'll laugh when my friends are funny. Hopefully your coworkers will realize that if they really want to complain to someone about someone, they have to do it alone, so they can spill everything. And maybe they'll leave you out of it, so rather than being involved, you can hear the gossip about the altercation afterwards.

Oh Lord...*be really really hoping to be left out of it!!!*

I'm the last one to know the gossip at work, and there's a reason for that. ;)
