Yes, Clint Barton = Hawkeye. Sadly, Phil/Clint is not movie canon. It's possible it's comic-fandom/canon, though i don't really know. (darkhavens would).
So it's all just wishful thinking on my/our part, heh. But the Clint/Phil fic is so fucking awesome really. Most of the fanfic/fandom pairings are Clint/Phil, Steve/Tony, Natasha/Pepper, Thor/Jane, with Bruce sadly left out. We also have a lot of Clint/Darcy (Jane's assistant from the Thor movie) and a smattering of Thor/Loki and Tony/Bruce, Steve/Phil.
Nick Fury is just too rarefied and scary to be boinking any of the team. :)
