ahhh, curtain fic! It's where you take your characters and plop them down in a domestic scene--so and so rent a house, buy curtains, do laundry--like that. It can be cute and schmoopy or angsty or miserable. I like SpN curtain fic best because there's no way in hell I could see it happening in canon--though I guess both guys did get their shot at their own individual curtain fic. I've written it a few times because I like seeing how they get to that point, and how it changes things for them. :)
