9 years!

Nine years my friends! This is my LJ-versary. Yeeeeears since I've been a newbie--not that I don't still fuck things up or scritch my head like "beeee-hanh?" about this stuff.

I've seen a lot of changes, good and bad, and you know what? I still love this shit like breathing. Hell yeah. :)

This is the wonderful thing about LJ, we meet fabulous people (like yourself) and actually get to take the time to know them (as much as possible) and share their lives at least a little bit. We can be as longwinded as we want and share whatever suits us. Not that I'm a babbler or anything, goodness knows... ;)

Maybe it's just me; maybe it's the recent spate of "post or we'll delete you" notices from LiveJournal, but the LJ/DW communities almost, maybe, feel like they're reviving a bit. Like, maybe we've found that Twitter and tumblr and Google Plus can't rise to the level of comfort that our journal world offers. Here is where the sofas and the coffee are. Here's where we can talk.
