Pinterest is like a 13 year old thrilled with how naughty they are not being.

I think they have no concept of "manip", like, they don't get it. If you pin one, someone is sure to come flying out of the woodwork to tell you, no, that is NOT Jensen, Jared, whoever...yeah. Good for you. And shut the fuck up. Anyone with eyeballs can tell, thank you.

Also, the place is a fucking hotbed of Destial. Like, rabidly so. I don't have anything major against it, it's just not my OTP. But that's all this place is! Shipping Collins and Ackles, Cas and Dean...annoying. I started slipping some wincest in there. Just for a break. ('sides, we all know that Jared and Jensen are the OTP, TruLove, rainbows and kitties forever love, forever, ever. Yas.)

It's a fun joint, though. So many pretty pictures! So many!

I have not run across the Destiel side of Pinterest. Mostly I just find pretty pictures of Dean. And smoothie recipes. :)

Yeah I don't do much fandom shit on pinterest. Except maybe comics. It's mostly wheat free recipes for my kid and pictures of tiny houses.
The pinterest version of fandom is kind of like warm milk instead of the triple espresso fandom I can get elsewhere. And yeah Destiel, pretty much all i could find in SPN fandom there, so I just gave up.

I pin a lot of pictures of hawkeye and call it good. ;)

I haven't gone there AT ALL so far. Partly because I need another social media/fandom outlet like I need a hole in the head. Partly because I don't get how it works? Yeah, I'm sure if I did it, I'd get it, but from this angle, I'm shying away.) I'm pretty happy I've gotten a grip on the whole Tumblr thing LOL! GO ME!! (same name if you ever want to peek)

The Destiel would drive me nuts. I don't object to it on principle, and I've read a Destiel story here and there that I enjoyed, but on the whole NO THANK YOU.

Huh. The only fandom-related thing I ever used Pinterest for was tracking challenges on a "private" board. I don't know why it never occurred to me!

It is a huge time-suck, but I love it.

And speaking of J2, I just finished reading an AU from 2009, I believe it was. Just had a random craving. It happens. ;)

Gosh yes, it's hysterical how naughty they think they're being, too! I'm finding a little of my OTP, (dang that nasty incest!) but my kid follows my boards and I can't be bothered to make a private one. I keep the wincest low grade. ;)

On the other hand, I'm finding incredible art from tumblr, I guess. Amazing stuff!

Destial is not a make or break for me, but that's seems to be all pinterest is--all Misha, all the time. And while he's an excellent human being as far as I'm concerned, Sam/Dean is my OTP. I'm not sliding over to Destiel to assuage my guilt over fantasizing over some kinda fucked up shit, lol! I OWN my fucked up shit! :D

TINY HOUSES ARE THE SHIT! I built one years ago and lived there when my kids where little. Now I am planning another, only this time on wheels. And smaller. And way cuter. A place for me and my dachshunds to retire to when the kids are grown and gone.

There's lots of Destiel everywhere, it seems... I just focus on all the wincest stuff that I find on tumblr. :)

Yeah, I have two pinterests. One is family safe, the other is not. But then my family doesn't know anything about fandom, so... I'm kinda used to the online "double life" thing. :P lol
