I mentioned pishtacos in a story I wrote in 2010 and didn't even remember that, lol! Finding it in the story was a bit startling!

Rereading NTM to get a better feel for the drawings I'm screwing up miserably working hard on. Damn that thing is LONG--I've been slogging through it for three days now. Oy! I'm having some trouble finding the right way to go with the illustrations. I've finally decided I needed a lighter touch with them but man, this is really hard work! I'm deeply impressed all over again with the artists on my flist. They make it look so effortless and beautiful. I refuse to give up on this project, though--there will be an illustrated NTM come hell or high water!! Might take me the rest of the year but it will be done!

Also, working hard on the last chapter of Over The Hills, just filling out the bones now. It was a good story to write. I'm having my usual ending a story problems--always a problem of mine--but all in all, I was pleased with it. I'm thinking of dropping out of the Sam/Dean minibang, only because I've got this other thing in mind. Still thinking on that.

I can't wait to see your art. I can't art, not at all, so I'm deeply appreciative of those who persist at it. I am torn between being sad that you might not contribute to the Sam/Dean minibang, but on the other hand, *more OTH!* Of course, on the other-other hand, (sob) the final chapter of OTH. I want it desperately--but if I don't get it, that means there's still more to come! It's like watching/not watching the last dvr'd episode, yes? or no?

Oh, and I have final chapters of stories that I won't read for WEEKS because if I don't, the story is still happening, or comments I love so much that I don't answer them because if I don't the comment is still fresh and new and making my heart sing...I have *issues*!!! :D :D

Oh! Fabulous, yes, thank you! I've been having Mr. R look at it--it helps somewhat, but he's not a big fan of my work so it's hard to figure out what's technique and what's just that he doesn't care for it.

I'll keep working on that story because there's good stuff in it--I just have to figure out how to bring it out. My other idea is weird and probably going to end up J2, and take a million years and will probably join The Wips Of Very Good Ideas But Not Much Ending.

I didn't realize other people did this! I'll read a story down to the last few pages (10-100 depending on story length) and then go back and start at the beginning before I finally read the end!
