Yes, it's interesting speculating on what may or may not affect Dean. Significantly he still has the anti-demon possession mark and it doesn't seem to be affecting him . . . unless it's precisiely what's still keeping a part of him human. Also, I hope that symbolizes Dean still retains his attachment to Sam, all appearances to the contrary.
