I was very excited to see Show tonight. I'm so very very glad that it's on Wednesday again because it's my damn reward for making it half-way through the week.

So...mixed feelings. What I loved, I loved completely and totally. I'd also like to say I'd pay cash money to see a show that was about one subject and one subject only. Still, when they concentrated on my fav subject, they killed. Jensen...oh my god, what the hell is going on? He's been so damn gorgeous each ep any more, like, mind-boggling. Plus, he killed tonight. We got a better idea of how he's feeling--is it possible that this is the maturing that Carver blabbed about, season 8 was it?

Our boys are closer. The way they feel about each other seems like it's clearer. More centered or something. I'm being very vague because I don't want to spoil anyone and I'm still thinking through what happened--have to do that rewatch. You know how distracted I get by the pretty. I mean, my goodness, that one scene! Wow! I'm so looking forward to what other people think.

About last week, I have to say that Cole person doesn't piss me off by being part of the group the boys attract. He's a logical character, hunter material, and I think he gets Dean better than most. Sort of, as much as it's possible. I think he's kind of claimed them, he's given them nicknames. :)

Haha, Gina. You know, the sex, the lasagna. LOL. I loved the end until the back shot of the Impala where clearly Dean and Sam had switched seats in the last second or so.

I was at work, and so missed Show, and am waiting on a dl. Glad it was good!

I read an interview that Mr. Wade (Cole) did, and he explained the nicknames, and it made total sense.

Just scroll to the bottom, it's an ETA. :)

I found that confession to be unbearably fraught with Wincesty overtones.

That confession scene was lovely, and was it just me, or was it just filled with possible bisexual!Dean overtones? O.O He wants to "experience people differently than he has in the past". What?

*restrains wild flailing*

I did really like this episode, and at least the Rowena stuff finally served to tie that plot line in with the Winchesters' plot line. :P

I agree, the boys seems a lot closer and more solid in their relationship at this point. I love that. <3

I also like Cole. I think they need a friend who is a real person. Rowena, on the other hand, yeeesh, she makes my teeth hurt. I realize they needed a way to villian up Crowley, but did it have to be such a stereotype. The nagging, witch mother. Gak! I can't wait to see her on the end of the first blade.

Yes, Jensen is looking mighty fine and he is killing this season. Actually, I think Jared is doing a great job too.

I found myself loving Cole in last week's episode. And for whatever reason I didn't mind him nicknaming Sam and Dean. I guess I felt that he sort of earned the right? It spoke of closeness that grew from their shared (intense) experiences, and even affection, in a strange way.

The only positive things I have to say about last nights episode are about the boys. I LOVED the confessional and the car scene and anything that came out of the boys mouths. The priest was convincing as well. The rest I thought was awful. Ham fisted clunky writing, in parts it read like a really bad romance novel, phoney over the top delivery by all the female actresses. Bucker/Ross-Leming hit an all new low in my opinion.

In contrast the week before's episode I thought was good and I actually liked Cole in it. At first I groaned when I saw he was in the episode, then he really grew on me.

I thought it was pretty amazing that Dean seems to be moving away from being actively suicidal. From the beginning of the series, he seemed like he intended to hunt until he died. During the confession, it seemed like he might be looking for a life after hunting. Which means he's probably going to die because he never gets what he wants.
