I do think he had chemistry with a few women though. I didn't really see it in the ones mentioned below, but I thought he had great chemistry with Bela and they could've had an awesome love/hate fling going on if they'd kept her around a little longer.
But my favorite love interest for him is actually Carmen, which always makes me incredibly sad because she wasn't real. I thought they were great together, and she really seemed to care about Dean for who he was and that was at a period in the show where there weren't many people around who did care about Dean. And yes, I realize that was all part of the fantasy world the djinn created in Dean's mind, but they made a cute couple.
Dammit, now I want to read a fic where Dean meets the real Carmen someday.
