oh dear--I guess I made a boo-boo. The story depends too much on knowledge of the book--let me see.
The premise is Lex left the planet thousands of years before, in order not to have the constant battles with Superman--and I'm assuming even at that point Lex has out-lived most if not all humans of their generation.
Clark stays on Earth, and I'm thinking because if he's granted power by the yellow sun what does he do when he's out of range? (I don't know, they could be like popcorn out in space, I'm just a housewife/pornographer , what do I know?) anyway, AleimBoy is stuck and has to sit around with humans so evolved they're not really human anymore. They do like to play games though, amd Clark is one of their games. Every morning they pick an era in history and reproduce it for Clark to live in.
Clark's been around so long he's forgotten Lex and most of what he knew about himself---but in the end when he's reminded he decides to try and kill himself one more time--and guess who's been in suspended animation, more or less in space, waiting?
Sooo, my explanation for my story is almost as long as my story and what do they tell us in creative writing class, bois and gurls? Not good, lol! WTF, it was gangs of fun to write! *G*
