I love the whole opening sequence in the church where Clark is crushing on Lex so bad and Lex just loves it. And then the family scene in the diner was so sweet--just your typical family thing. And then "Lex!" Hey, that's how I feel whenever I see Lex too!
Why didn't he just get up and tap dance down the aisle too?
Hee!
The whole interaction with the pie-eating was so cute. :)
and this part:
He left Clark and thought to himself--this is great--I can pick a kid up in broad daylight under everyone's noses and it's okay, because I'm the Reverend Luthor junior. He laughed. It was an awesome power; he'd have to be careful not to abuse it. His amusement drained completely away and he shuddered--that sounded too much like his father--he shouldn't joke like that, there was nothing funny about that at all.
Yeah, wow.
Clark was surprised at how quickly things went from a kiss to--this, he thought. What happened? Lex sucked him ferociously, almost jamming him into his throat and Clark didn't think it could ever be possible that Lex--blowing him--wouldn't knock him over the moon but this was not the way he thought it would happen, it didn't even feel like Lex was really with him in the car.
Poor Lex! He has no idea how to just be with someone he loves. He's just following a pattern that he's learned through much pain. Clark will have to teach him better ways.
And Clark getting angry...was he angry because Lex had sex with Whitney, or because Lex had watched Clark having sex with Whitney? Or because Lex even brought up Whitney while Lex and Clark were together (which was kind of stupid, you must admit). I'm just wondering if Clark even knows what made him angry.
Then the heat vision and the psychic bonding and the rapid healing and Lex is in love with Clark and knows that Clark and Lex belong together...whew!
