Ah--see? I take my meds willy-nilly and I never thought that it makes sense to take them at a specific time...yeah. I do have a cuff of course, in a box some where. I will find it...dang. I feel an idiot, I'm always on to others to take their meds and behave. *sigh* It's so much easier for me to give advice then to take it.
