I missed it because Target is the devil. As soon as I can, I'm going to check and see if it recorded. I'm not sure I want to check--if it didn't record I’ll be upset.
I'm very happy right now--I think I finally found the voice for this little AU (hahahahahah!!! whew *wipes eyes*I say that like it's something odd to find here--heeee...) You know how I love to write the children, and this is no different. It’s just fun for me. And this one, I think I might have even more fun, re-living my childhood a bit. Picture, just for fun, the story taking place in the 1950's. Why? Because I took place in the fifties. And imagine the boys growing up in that time--Lex as a hippie? I thought I'd follow the storyline fairly close until after Bruce's parents die. (Did I mention Bruce? No? Oh. Well he's there too.)
Imagine the Kents being well off, Bo's a researcher, Martha's a former Metropolis socialite. They adopt Bruce after his parents die. That makes Bruce and Clark brothers. Ah? Ah? Whataya think? Interesting?
As for Lex and Clark in DPJ, I am loving writing this. Gosh, I'm completely screwing my rep for evol. *sigh* Shoot me if I start knitting sweaters for the grandkids. Mushy old broad. I try to make up for the mush with Lucas. *smiles fondly at him, pats his little head reeeeally carefully* Lucas is being a lot of fun too. And gosh, I started trying to write another bit to that RPS with Mike and Tommy and hooo—lawks—I make myself laugh! *grin*
You realize this is all part of my insanity, yes? This is the part that works *for* me. Next week…not so much fun. *grin*
