I swear, little ones, there really is a difference between weary and wary. Almost every time you use weary you actually mean wary. Promise, it makes a difference.

Mr. R hasn't read all the notes you left because it makes him cry, but not to worry--it's a good cry. He thanks you all. You guys have been supportive and kind to him when things have gone off before, and every time he's surprised and so moved. I really appreciate it, ya'll. It makes a difference.

So. We don't know if he's going to go home or not. We really can't afford it and it felt like crap to tell him we couldn't afford for him to go home now *and* to go back for a funeral. That's not an if, it's a when.

He's so close to his dad and his dad is such an amazing man. He's a truly *good* person, the kind of person you wish everyone could be. He has a huge heart, and shares all that heart with anyone who needs it. Mr. R learned from the best.
