I know it's been written over and over. The meeting that always makes my heart do this little skip and has me holding my breath...but....OMG your description was WONDERFUL!!! The way Clark was feeling throughout the whole ordeal....The fact that Lucas is there Changed NOTHING!!! The Incredible CLEX Magic still shone through.
Lex watched Clark drive away with his father. He couldn’t stop thinking about his—Clark’s-- eyes. Clark Kent. So beautiful. Even under the grit and mud of the river he’d felt how soft and full his lips were, how strong his hands were…he shook himself, Jesus, their rescuer was barely more than a boy, he needed to get a grip…he caught Lucas looking at him with hurt and anger in his eyes.
OMG!!!! This is so much of the way I read Lex during this time in canon. You have truly allowed me to relive this moment through your words. This week is my only vacation before school starts back on Monday and I have spent practically every moment eyes glued to my laptop reading your fiction!!! Besides Rosencon this has been one of the best mini vacations ever!!! Your probably sick of me saying it but ... THANK YOU SOOOOOOO VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!
