I saw it tonight, too, and am still in a state of happy shock. Isn't Bale bee-yoo-tiful??
I just posted a drooly squee over at TWoP, saying that I *now* totally get Clark-Lex-Bruce slash, where I really didn't before.
But mostly, it's a wonderful revival of the Batman franchise, after all those terrible things Schumacher did to it. I just loved how intelligent it was, how the character development made sense, how respectful the writers and producers were of each and every character. I even liked the Katie Holmes character, even though I saw no chemistry to speak of between her and Bruce Wayne.
Plus, visually, it was so amazing and lush. I saw it in an IMAX theater, and really think I need to see it again on a regular screen, because on IMAX the visuals are, well, overwhelming.
Yes! Yes! Yes!
