When I asked that the story continue with a saved Lex - I had hoped that Clark had grown up a little and got some freak'n perspective so that he could do the saving. Geeez, let's drive Lex more crazy, because really if Clark pushes him away again, Lex is going just totally give up.
I understand that Clark is still hurt, really when you love Lex the way that Clark did, should have been allowed to, there would be much lingering bitterness, especially losing him to his creepy crazy brother thus tarnishing the love. But, GET OVER YOURSELF and SAVE LEX!!!!!! Be a damned investigative reporter and figure stuff out.
