Thank you-I'm glad you liked that bit. I figured while Martha could survive wounding her, I wasn't so sure about her being able to live with killing her, no matter how she felt about the girl. I definitely wanted all of them involved in the rescue, sort of a bonding thing and as you say, so they'd know Lex is serious. Plus, stuff is going to happen...*wink*
